A free account costs nothing and lets you brainstorm up to four ideas. A membership is a subscription on your account, at Member, Pro or Max: it opens projects and sets what you can do. A project grade is a one-time purchase for one project, at Bronze, Silver or Gold, and it opens every FORGE phase for that project. Buying a grade does not change your membership, and a grade stays with its project if your membership changes or ends.
Prices are in US dollars, the same list prices as IPGuru.ai, and are shown without tax. Purchases use the IPGuru.ai checkout, where Cleverbridge shows available local currencies and adds any applicable tax, including GST, before you pay.

Project grades
A grade is a one-time purchase attached to a single project. It is permanent for that project, includes its enabled capabilities, and never renews. You buy a grade for a project on your membership, and it stays with that project if your membership later ends.
Project grades are arranged through support. Contact us to confirm the FORGE phases, filing materials and capabilities available for your project before purchasing. The prices below are the published grade prices.

Moving up
Move to a higher level at any time. We cancel your current subscription without a refund and sell you the new one at its list price, less a credit for the unused part of your current term. The credit is worked out on whole days, against the amount you actually paid, in the currency of your original order, and it is shown on the order and your receipt before you confirm.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current term. Nothing is refunded, because you keep what you paid for until it runs out, and nothing is deleted.
A grade upgrade is its own item at a fixed price, being the difference between the two grades. The higher grade supersedes the lower one for that project. Nothing is refunded for the grade you already bought, and the difference is all you pay.

The member discount
Your member coupon is in your account while your membership is active. Use it at checkout and the discount is shown before you pay. Four rules attach to it, and they are the same in every market.
It applies while the membership is active at the moment of purchase. If your membership later ends, nothing you already bought is affected and no discount is reclaimed.
It is the same 10% on every grade and every grade upgrade, on every project.
One coupon applies to an order: the member coupon and a promotional code do not stack.
Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid, not on the list price.
Buying, renewing, leaving
invent.sg is the Singapore home of IPGuru.ai, a product of Corvair Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202551453H). Purchases are made through the IPGuru.ai storefront. Payments are processed by Cleverbridge GmbH, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Cleverbridge is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any applicable tax. We never receive your card details.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown without tax. Any applicable tax, including GST, is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Cleverbridge may also offer your local currency.
Memberships renew automatically at the then-current list price until you cancel. You are told before every renewal charge, and at least thirty days beforehand for an annual membership or for any change in renewal price.
You can cancel at any time from inside the service. Cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did, and we will not put anything in the way of it. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to Free and your projects, files and history remain. Projects without a grade, and scenarios beyond the free four, become read-only rather than disappearing. A project with a grade keeps everything its grade includes.
The merchant of record retries and contacts you. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. If payment is not collected by then your account returns to the free tier. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds

Refunds are made in the currency you paid, for the amount you paid, and are processed through the merchant of record. Policies cannot anticipate everything: if something has gone wrong and this does not cover it, ask us. The full position is in the Refund Policy.
